Hotel Premier in Cluj offered exactly what we were looking for. It has a charming, slightly rustic feel with a 90s vibe, but everything is well-maintained, warm, and very clean. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were more than adequate. The staff truly stood out—always welcoming and ready to assist with any requests. Breakfast was nice, with a good variety of options. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet close enough to the city center for easy access. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, totally meeting our expectations.

Hotel provided entry code and room key card at reception to have assess any time. This is smart and convinient for late arrival. Cooperative and friendly staff. Warm room, large bed. All clean. No water provided. Free booking cancellation and payment on arrival are very convenient for us

Very big rooms with nice airco, windows, slippers, etc. Free parking, and not a very busy area.

We were stayin for 3 nights, we had big room with bathtube in the bathroom and large balcony,it was big plus. The room had air condition, big TV, big comfortable twin bed. Despite the fact we arrived in the evening, there was no problem at the reception,they sent us email with instructions and left us envelope on the reception desk. We had a small dog with us, but they did not want any extra money for that. The breakfast was rich, personnel was nice and the elevator was a big advantage. The location of the hotel is good, it is appx. 20 minutes far from the start of the dowtown by foot.

The hotel did not remain in our memory in any way. So nothing bad, nothing particularly good. Quite a decent hotel that met the expectations just enough that we are so satisfied that we don't remember it for anything bad, but also for nothing good. If I remember correctly, the breakfast was better than the others we had on this trip.

Hotel is in a residential area, a bit far from center of the city. Very comfortable. Breakfast is basic but fresh and well prepared and served. The staff was very nice and helpful. I felt like home.

Large, clean room and comfortable beds. Breakfast is very good as well. The check-in went smoothly, even is the reception is not manned in the afternoon/evening. Good shower with great water pressure.
